SecRule ARGS_POST "=href" "phase:2,t:lowercase,log,auditlog,drop"

 

This is a simple rule that prevents links from being posted on any of my sites. It stops most spammers dead in their tracks.

 

This will drop the TCP connection and give them an error, if you want them to get the deny message just change drop to deny. Oh and if you want to post links yourself you would need to whitelist your admin directory or your IP.
